Just found your site and do not know if you can help. If not thanks anyway. I have a HP Photosmart C5550 worked great till I changed the black ink cartridge. Now it will not stay on or will not start at all. No help from HP support (out of warranty and no info unless I pay then if it does not work oh well. I get some different messages on screen. B8126644 and others. I can not find what these mean. If you can not help do you know how to find out the meaning of these messages?
I do not feel it is a huge problem of complete break down. When it does stay on for a while it passed a self test. Then shut off. Also error message says to restart. I hate to trash this printer and spend more for a simple problem.
I hope you can steer me in the right direction.
